How Orbis Meridian handles personal information on this website and in its products.
Who we are
Orbis Meridian is a trading name of Daniel Jones, a sole trader, of 33 Dobb Way, Cambridge, CB3 1BZ. Orbis Meridian is the controller for the personal information described here. Contact for privacy questions: daniel@orbisandink.com.
This website
This website has no accounts, forms, comments, newsletter, analytics or advertising, and it does not set cookies through its page code. Its fonts and images are served from this website rather than third-party services. Cloudflare security features may use strictly necessary cookies when a security challenge is issued; see the Cookies page.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to Cloudflare so that the page can be delivered and the service protected from abuse. Cloudflare provides these services under its Data Processing Addendum where it processes personal information on our behalf. Its privacy policy explains its own processing. We rely on our legitimate interests in delivering and securing this website; we do not use request information to identify or profile visitors.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to answer your question or resolve your request, relying on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (or, for a problem with something you have bought, on the need to deal with that purchase). Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which processes messages to deliver and store them. We keep emails only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and document your enquiry, and longer only where required for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes. We review closed support enquiries at least every three months and delete messages or attachments no longer needed.
Advertising
This website does not currently show advertising. Some Orbis Meridian products include advertising; where they do, the product’s own privacy policy explains the provider and your choices.
Where consent is required for advertising technology, it will be asked for before that technology is used.

Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell support correspondence or use this website’s request information for advertising. Advertising within a product is explained in that product’s privacy policy. The service providers named above may process information outside the UK. Their processing terms describe the safeguards used for international transfers, including contractual safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format where that right applies. You can contact Orbis Meridian about processing we control, including information held by providers on our behalf. Email us to make a request; we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
